Architects from around the world display their builds and concepts that range all the way from breathtakingly beautiful to completely off the wall. Guilherme Machado Vaz’s Circular Pool

This architect designed a house in Northern Portugal inspired by the early modernist movement and a nearby stone chapel. It features this interesting pool with an inner deep end surrounded by a shallow sun shelf all around.

Roman Vlasov’s Eroded Pool

This concept pool mimics the shape of an eroded landform, including multiple levels in its design. Dubbed “Concept / 689,” this pool creates a modern grotto feel with different layers to be explored. Looking at the pictures, it’s hard to believe this one isn’t real.

This beach house concept challenges the presumptions of where a pool should go, featuring a triangular design on the roof. It imagines a futuristic summer getaway that would be awesome to see come to life.
